Electronic Music
Mastering

The final detail. The full impact.

Online electronic music mastering by KOOROW, a Certified Mastering Engineer. Bring your finished mix to its final release stage with attention to balance, dynamics, depth and translation, while preserving the intention behind your music. All genres are welcome.

MASTERING WITH MUSICAL INTENT

A finished mix.
A considered final master.

Mastering works with your finished mix, listening to the track as a whole. Tonal balance, dynamics, stereo presentation and loudness are considered together, with attention to the way the music translates beyond your own studio.

My approach follows the sound and purpose of each project. Impact matters, but so do movement, texture and the character that makes your music yours.

I’m KOOROW, a producer, Certified Mastering Engineer and educator with around a decade in electronic music. I also work as a mastering engineer for Sound of Nature.

My artist practice includes darkpsy and downtempo; mastering enquiries are welcome across all genres. Share your references, target label and intended release format so we can define the right direction.

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION

Certified
Mastering Engineer.

I completed Mastering Academy’s 24-week coaching program in Hamburg, Germany, receiving my Certified Mastering Engineer diploma on September 26, 2025.

The program covered mastering strategies, critical listening, loudness management, signal processing, dynamics and professional delivery. These subjects support the decisions I make for each project.

THE MASTERING PROCESS

Listen. Refine. Deliver.

01 / REVIEW THE MIX

Define the direction

Share your finished mix, references and release plans. We confirm the scope, schedule and delivery requirements before work begins.

02 / SHAPE THE MASTER

Balance & translation

I assess the track as a whole and shape the processing around its tonal balance, dynamics, depth and intended impact.

03 / REVIEW & FINALISE

Listen together

Review the master and send focused feedback. Two free revisions are included before the agreed final delivery.

PREPARE YOUR MIX

How to prepare your mix
for mastering

  • Send a lossless stereo export of your finished mix, rather than an MP3.
  • Use the session’s native sample rate and share the export settings.
  • Leave room for processing and avoid clipping the export.
  • Include references, the track title and your intended label or release format.

If mix-bus processing is part of your sound, tell me what it contributes before removing it. We can agree whether a version without final loudness processing is also useful.

For an EP or album, share the full track list and intended order. Final file formats, additional versions and any label-specific requirements are agreed for your project.

Mastering works with the finished stereo mix. If the track still needs changes between individual instruments, explore Mixing ↗. For focused feedback before the next step, see Quality Check ↗.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Your mastering questions.

Yes. Both are welcome. Tell me which aspects of the references matter to you and share any technical requirements from your label.

Loudness is considered alongside dynamics, clarity and the character of the track. The direction depends on your music and release plans rather than one fixed target for every project.

Two free revisions are included. The listed express option is $10; discuss your deadline before booking so we can confirm availability and the schedule.

A final master in the file format agreed for your release. Tell me about label, streaming or other delivery requirements before we start, so the scope and any additional versions are clear.
