Editing Services
Cleaner takes. Natural detail.
Vocal editing services by KOOROW, with audio cleanup, timing adjustments and processing tailored to your recording. Refine cuts and distracting details while keeping the character of the performance.
REFINE THE RECORDING
Vocal editing
that keeps the performance.
Vocal and audio editing focuses on the recording itself: clean cuts, unwanted noise, timing and processing that helps the material fit its intended use.
Whether you are preparing a vocal for a track or working with another audio recording, we begin by identifying what needs attention. The amount of editing follows your goals, from a natural, subtle result to more deliberate processing.
I’m KOOROW, a producer, educator and Certified Mastering Engineer with around a decade in electronic music. I bring careful listening and attention to detail to every audio project.
WHAT THE SERVICE COVERS
Audio cleanup
& vocal timing.
Vocal editing
Refine the flow of a take with careful cuts, fades and attention to distracting details. Share your notes on the performance and the sound you want to preserve.
Audio cleanup
Assess unwanted noise, clicks and other distractions, then discuss what can realistically be improved from the available recording.
Vocal timing & processing
Adjust timing in the context of your project and apply the agreed processing. The approach follows the material, the reference and your intended result.
HOW WE WORK
How your audio
editing project works.
Define the brief
Share the audio, context, references and required edits. We agree the scope, quote, timing and final delivery requirements.
Work on the details
I edit and process the recording according to the brief, paying attention to clean transitions and the character of the original sound.
Review the result
Check the edited version in context and send focused feedback. The listed options include two free revisions before final delivery.
BEFORE WE START
Prepare your material.
- Keep the original audio and avoid overwriting your source files.
- Send a clear description of the edits or problems you want addressed.
- For music, include a guide mix, tempo and any timing reference.
- Clearly name your files and include timestamps, references, intended use and deadline.
Where possible, share the original recording before heavy processing. Contact me first so we can confirm the material needed and the file-sharing method.
Tell me whether you need standalone edited files or audio aligned to an existing session. Pitch correction, take selection, additional versions and other specific tasks should be discussed as part of the brief.
