Listen to the edited episode and send consolidated feedback. The listed options include two free revisions before the agreed final delivery.
BEFORE WE START
Prepare your material.
- Keep a copy of the original, unprocessed recording.
- If available, provide separate recordings for each speaker with their timing intact.
- Mark sections to remove or keep and share notes on the intended episode structure.
- Include any intro, outro or music you want used, plus the episode length and deadline.
Contact me before transferring large files so we can agree the best way to share them. Send any platform requirements or examples of the sound and pacing you prefer.
Editing, mixing, mastering and release preparation can be discussed according to your needs. We confirm which stages are included in your quote and the required file formats before starting.

All listed options are quoted individually. Share the recording duration, speaker count, condition of the audio and the amount of editing required for an accurate project quote.
Include the assets you want used and explain where they belong. We will agree the placement, transitions and balance as part of the brief.
Release preparation covers the agreed audio deliverables. Platform uploads, account access or additional publishing work should be discussed separately before booking.
The current service options include two free revisions. Send your changes together as clear notes, ideally with timestamps, so each revision is focused.
